I really love this place; this is my fifth visit. I ordered spicy blue crab and mango salad—prepared just like the version I used to have in Bangkok and they made it perfectly. I was very impressed. My husband and I ordered several dishes for our six-year-old son to try, and he loved the food here as well. This place is amazing. The people running it are really nice.

Absolutely loved our experience at Khon Kaen Thai Kitchen! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious, with so many great options to choose from on the menu. The papaya salad was hands down our favorite—so flavorful and perfectly balanced. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend!

The owners are very sweet and the service is above and beyond, especially for a food truck! The food are all delicious. I got the Pad Prik Khing with crispy pork belly and pad kee maow with ground pork. Both dishes were super flavorful and you het a big portion. I’m Thai and grew up in Thailand. Very authentic Thai flavors!

I recently visited this newly opened Thai food truck in the Round Rock area, and it exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for authentic Thai flavors, this place is definitely worth trying. One of my favorite dishes was the Crispy Pork Basil Stir-Fry (Pad Krapow Moo Krob). The flavor was bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced with the traditional spicy taste that truly reminded me of Thailand. I also highly enjoyed the Chicken Steak — the chicken was tender, flavorful, and served with a delicious dipping sauce that complemented the dish very well. For dessert, I tried the coconut milk jelly, which was light, refreshing, and a perfect way to finish the meal. The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and portion of the food. Their Thai tea also stood out — generously sized, flavorful, and very affordable. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer service. The owner was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about recommending menu items and ensuring customers had a great experience.
